Astrotech Space Operations, Inc. – EELV Payload
Processing Facility Project: Provided assistance to the President, Project
Manager and construction staff for a +$30M/50Ksq.ft. spacecraft facility in
support of the Airforce’s next generation launch campaign. Responsible for providing construction
management, engineering, contract negotiations and project directives under a
cost-plus fixed-fee construction contract. Gained first-hand experience working with
Donovan’s crew in the erection of the $5M, reinforced concrete portion of
this project, which was designed and constructed per GH2 explosion proof
specifications for solid rocket and liquid propellant fueling stations. Raytheon / FAA – Ft. Lonesome
Radar Project: Project Manager
responsible for the turnkey demolition and removal of the ARSR-3 radar
complex at Ft. Lonesome, Florida.
Experienced in contract negotiations, sub-contractor coordination,
project documentation and customer interface for the removal, packaging and
delivery of the decommissioned radar, along with the complete removal of the
associated tower and support facilities.
